Infrared Inspections
Temperature is one of the first observable parameters to indicate the health of a component, building, system, or process. We utilize state-of-the-art, fully-radiometric, infrared camera technology to provide superior imaging quality in displaying temperature variations and to help you accurately evaluate non-optimal conditions before failure occurs.

Ultraviolet (UV) Corona Detection
In addition to our Infrared (IR) Inspection Services, we also offer Solar Blind UV Inspection Services for inspecting and detecting corona discharge and arcing in overhead distribution lines, high-voltage transmission lines, and substations.
While IR technology is ideal for detecting defects and finding high resistance connections on power transmission lines, UV detection can locate other problematic conditions such as shorted insulator bells, defective polymer insulators, contamination, or even improperly installed components. Detecting entrapped moisture within insulated buildings is achieved through proper evaluation and the application of one or more field testing methods.
