Infrared Predictive Surveys, Inc. is a woman-owned independent (3rd party) IR testing firm located in Frederick, Maryland with additional offices in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Bushnell, Florida, and Seattle, Washington. Since 2001, we have been providing services to customers in Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, North Carolina, West Virginia and beyond.
We are dedicated to incorporating infrared thermography with other non-destructive technologies to assist commercial and industrial facilities in identifying potential maintenance problems before they occur. We collect, interpret and report the data for your records, and gladly work with your electrical people to identify and quantify problems.
Infrared PSI capabilities
In addition to infrared thermography for electrical, mechanical, refractory, steam systems and other applications, our project experience includes all elements for the building envelope including: roofing, air barriers, and Exterior Insulated Finish Systems (EIFS).
Experience, Certification & Training
Our thermographers are trained in accordance with ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in Infrared Thermography. They also bring more than 15 years experience in construction related industries, roofing, high voltage and IR program implementation and development.
